Returns (14-Day Law)
- Returns are only accepted if there is a manufacturing defect in the product.
- You must report the defect within 7 days of receiving the item to ensure adequate time for return shipping, which can take 4-7 days.
- The entire return process, including shipping, must be completed within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted for any reason within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.
- If the desired replacement item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value.
- You’re eligible for making one exchange only per order

Shipping Costs
- For returns due to manufacturing defects, we will cover the shipping costs.
- For exchanges, shipping costs at their full price are the customer’s responsibility.

- Returns or exchanges that do not meet the stated criteria may be declined.
- Refunds are processed after receiving the products and inspect it.
